Laser therapy is very beneficial in alleviating chronic pain, accelerating healing, and rehabilitation.  At SMVC, we have K Laser therapy, a Class IV laser which is much more powerful than previously used therapy lasers. 

The K Laser works by promoting blood flow to damaged areas to stimulate healing.  The K Laser produces deep-penetrating photons that influence cell chemistry in a variety of beneficial ways.  The infrared wavelengths create a warm sensation at the location of the body requiring treatment.

While many pets will show improvement after the first treatment, greatest improvement will be noticed after a multi-treatment plan.  The length and frequency of treatment will vary based on your pet's condition and body size.

Your pet's K Laser therapy session requires no sedation and is usually quite comforting.
